TTC Annual Service Plan 2023

Each year the TTC creates an Annual Service Plan focused on addressing reliability, crowding and overall transit service. Customer and public engagement continues to be central to the development of the TTC’s Annual Service Plan. In 2022, the TTC consulted with customers and community stakeholder organizations with the goal of better understanding the perspectives of customers and residents. They have conducted a number of public engagement activities including External Stakeholder Workshops (Academic, Transit, Social and local advocacy organizations), an Online Survey, Customer Focus Groups and a Virtual Town Hall.

Further to these consultations, the TTC has proposed service changes in Scarborough Southwest which includes a new route to replace the existing 69 South bus. Given this proposed change, the TTC will be holding another round of public engagement for Scarborough Southwest residents to provide additional information and gather feedback.
